TERMS OF SALE

SHIPPING:
All shipments are FOB shipping point unless noted. Shipments will be billed using customers Federal Express number. All shipments will be insured for invoice value. All discrepancies in shipment must be received by Desert Biological’s in writing within 7 working days from receipt of shipment.

BILLING:
Upon approved credit, net 30 days. Human products are net 15 days.

PRICE:
All prices quoted are good for a period of 30 days unless noted.

RETURNS: 
No returns are accepted without the prior approval of Desert Biological’s. Only unopened material will be accepted and a 20% restocking charge applies. No returns will be accepted for any reason 90 days after shipment.

HANDLING AND PACKAGING:
A charge of $20.00 US dollars will be added to all orders for materials and handling.

PAYMENT:
All payments originating outside of the United States by wire transfer only.
